Mirabegron
Hi Foxglove, sorry no replies as I am too interested. I may be put on medication for OAB and there are many. So I am wondering how you are getting on. I believe they take a while to work, and have some side effects that do not sound nice. But I see others have not suffered too much with these. I already have blood pressure and blood thinner tablets. Hope they are working for you.
Thanks for reply I have tried many, many "cures" for OAB and found in the past that solifenacin worked best. Not so this time but I have just gone back on it, and I believe it can take up to 4 weeks to kick in! Must persevere Do let me know how you are doing
A long time so hope you see this. Just wondering if the second lot of Solifenacin worked . Just I cannot take take it because of severe constipation. The constant urge is now depressing. Do not really fancy pessary, so many things I hear, so wondering about mirabegnon. How are you getting on now.
Hi, I just seen this on my feed and noted the comment with no replies. I took betmiga for a year to help treat the urgency and frequency related to painful bladder syndrome. It did reduce my urgency a wee bit, and was able to sleep better as I didn't wake up to go to the loo as often. I also found the side effects more tolerable than other drugs with no dry mouth etc. Just keep an eye on your bp if you take it. Hope this helps 🙂
Thanks for reply, I have gone back on solifenacin which I previously found helped (a bit!) but not doing so well this time, however I shal persevere, only been takingit for a short time. Oh dear, this OAB is so limiting!
Tried betmiga but not for as long as you, perhaps should try again?
