For me it worked very well. I found if you are asking about for your stomach take an antacid but for your bladder and Interstitial Cystitis it works wonders. It was helpful for me personally. Experience wise I could pretty much drink anything I wanted to with little to no issues or pain.

That’s helpful thank you. I am considering trying for bladder and IC. Do you take it daily or just when you fancy a treat that’s a known trigger for you? 🙏

If you would prefer to chat about it let me know. To answer your question I personally did both. From what I read you sort of want to take 1 or 2 a day for it to work more effectively. I mainly used it for when I drank soda tea or alcohol. Sometimes for chili or spicy foods and I would use it again.

Thank you I’ve ordered some. I’m coping with a restricted diet - just - but would love a cup of coffee or curry occasionally!

The Prelief should allow that, in this case. As long as you are following the diet fairly well it should help.

I’m not following a specific diet as such - I’ve cut out all caffeine, fizzy drinks, alcohol, chocolate, acidic fruit and spicy foods and have cut down on sugar too so hoping that will help. Do you follow a diet or just avoid triggers?

For most people, avoiding triggers is sufficient. I hope the Prelief helps you! I know it worked well for me
