post op pillows

definitely a v shaped pillow, and others supporting arms, and one under knees to stop you sliding down 🤣 you will only be able to sleep on your back for months. I had my CABG in November last year, and can only just sleep on my side now, but not always! Still revert to back sleeping in between!

good luck - you will be fine , we have an amazing support network out there .
