I have been taking 40mg propranolol since March for ectopic heartbeats. Today iv noticed it has slowed my heart rate down quite a bit for me. Took a measurement and it's sitting at 57bpm. I'm scared it's going to go lower and cause me to bad effects or something. I suffer really bad from heart health anxiety and it's really not helping me right now

propranolol is meant to slow your heart beat down.
What I suggest you do, if you have a blood pressure monitor, is to take your pressure and heart rate every day for a week (after sitting down quietly for ten minutes ) and then make an appointment with the doctor or his/her pharmacist for a review
I take 40mg propranolol twice a day and my resting heart rate is about 54. I had a stent fitted in June and have been going to cardio rehab to learn what exercise rate is good for me. They are unconcerned about 54 resting. It's not particularly low for beta blockers. Do you feel dizzy or light headed at all. If not, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
