I had a triple heart bypass ,4 October 2 007 discharged 8th

As I already a very strong healthy heart to begin with I had a bypass due to three narrowing of a blood vessel leading into the heart so they took a mammory, vessel from my chest to do the job but they did not stop the heart so I made a good recovery what you have to learn is to manage your stress levels nhs aftercare advise just try to keep carm find a quiet place on your own and take slow deep breaths and learn to relax take each day one at a time eat healthy

and use the gym to build up your strength and continue a healthy exercise regime you will get there in time
