Swellings

Hi all Does anyone else have swellings on there chest at most a dull ache which can also feel like hot prickly sensation also with sore white nippels at random times

Are you on Eplerenone?

iam on eplerenone and have been to my GP about larger chest and sore nipples.

so far they are refusing to agree with me that eplerenone is to blame for it.

But certainly my chest is growing and I can feel a mass growing under nipple.

No am not on that either For a long time I have had the feeling like I have been winded along with pain in my upper back and night sweats shoulders and chest mostly

I struggle to get a appointment with gp am expected to call from 8am am lucky if am asleep by that hour stay safe...

you must see your doc again and ask for a mammogram just to check that out as guys need that too . And you are not on any hormone type drugs ? We are not doctors and do not know your medical history or conditions so you really must insist that your doctor gets this properly checked out for you

The last time I called my gp I spoke with 1 of them over the phone she was snappy with Me and made me feel I have done wrong she went on to explain that she was the 3rd doctor I have spoken about the same condition For a along time I feel my brest bone is disappearing I felt it change shape (getting smaller) and is painful they just push me away I have no clue where to turn

I’m so sorry you have been treated this way and spoken to like that over the phone and no examination ? Maybe it’s time for a change of gp surgery ? Or maybe your surgery has a weekend walk in service staffed by nurse practitioners who are usually very good and could reassure or refer you to the right person . It may be your medication so try not to worry and let us know how how get on

Yes but I know what is causing it, collapsed rib cage structure, from epileptic seizures, my chest especially sternum can get warm, prickly sensation, but being tested all the time, my heart [so my GP's says "probably the best organ of your body"] usually best if to rest a bit! I'm retired so able to do that now👌
