Hi does anyone use a Tens machine for Refractory/Unstable Angina? I’m looking online and it’s advising not to but I’m sure I’ve seen that other people do use it

I have used a TENS machine for many years it helps take the edge off of my pain due to coronary vasospasms. It is recommended by Refractory Angina Clinics.
However, I have a confirmed diagnosis and I always go into hospital if my vasospastic angina becomes unstable.
I checked with my Cardiologist and Physiotherapist before using it.
You cannot use a Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation machine if you have a pacemaker.
I have to take the TENS machine off when I am in hospital, as it interfers with the cardiac monitors and ECG machines.
I use one for low back pain but understand that it shouldn't be used above the waist. I never do anyway. C
