the general idea is, don’t alter your medication in any way without consulting a professional.
Your doctor’s group of surgeries probably employs pharmacists- the practice leaflet online should tell you and say how to contact them for advice. Probably via the receptionist.
Failing that, your dispensing pharmacist.
Unfortunately I never tried it as i am very sensitive to meds .I was prescribed 10mg . I would ask the pharmacist if it can be cut . Probably ok to start a lower dose , but definitely ask your doctor or the pharmacist . Good luck
