Hello, I'm new here so first let me say Hello! I'm seeking advice on living with Paroxysmal AF. I have a pretty good life and don't want this diagnosis to spoil things any more than it needs to.Any advice on foreign travel and insurance. What do you do when you get an attack when "out."

All advice/comments welcome. Thanks for reading.
