so I see a heart failure nurse and I have been put on spironolactone, Dapagliflozin and Losartan but according to her I don’t have heart failure she explained it as the left side of my heart isn’t pumping right but I’m more confused than ever, is anyone in the same situation as me?

You should ask what condition it is that you have been diagnosed with specifically, so you can read up on it, and know exactly what it is you have, you have a right to be informed.

I did but I don’t have a good memory it was left something apparently it gets called heart failure by mistake a lot even by doctors

Ah yes, I remember (no pun intended) you really ought to start writing these things down. You may want to ask the doctor what your active diagnoses are, and write them down while he says them.

What I was diagnosed with was related to LVEF i.e. Left Ventricle Ejection Factor (expressed as a % that may be the 'Left' part of your condition? But I was told it was heart failure, anyway the useful news is that I was put on 'Entresto' and the ejection fraction has retutned to just below normal. Try looking up LVEF on Google?

Thank you she’s coming on Friday again so I will ask her to write it down for me it can’t be serious as I asked if I needed to put it on my travel insurance she said no

it would be a good idea to take someone with you at least to take notes, next time.
