I am sure it must be the football but my pulse has dropped to 45 not sure whether to take my 50mg of losartan this evening in fear of it dropping even further. Just returned my holter monitor so perhaps that will give me some idea. Do get Palpitations but. For a change BP within normal range.
I just worry all the time which I appreciate does not help but. Support from the group has reassured me . Unfortunately like so many getting a GP appointment is a challenging to say the least. Thank you all.

If you have been watching the game I am surprised everything has not gone up !
Regarding your question though all I know is my Doctor when my pulse has been low and I have started to worry she has always said if it goes below 40 then she would be concerned
What you decide to do tonight if to take it or not I really would not like to say others may come along though that have had similar experiences and share what they did in your situation
Tomorrow you could speak with your pharmacist if it is still the same or try and get a call from a Doctor I know how hard hat can be though as you said or you could speak with the BHF Nurses as they are really good
I understand you worrying I may have slightly different circumstances but I worry to but try telling yourself tomorrow you will make it your number one goal ( slipped goal in there ) to get to speak to someone

Thank you so much, as you said football has not helped at all, talk about increasing blood pressure thought my husband was going to explode! He will be next on BP meds. At least a win hopefully onward and upwards now.
I'm sure your GP will tell you that losartan does not affect heart rate but does lower blood pressure. Not a good idea to mess with your meds without consulting your doc first.
