Blood pressure : Hi all ..I have... - British Heart Fou...
Blood pressure
And what is the problem? Those readings are good
I had severe aortic stenosis and my blood pressure stayed at my normal levels 130 70 before the op and I was utterly exhausted all the time and could hardly walk up my street without being out of breath so don't think it affects it too much
BP & HR are good. What do the docs want to do about your valve regurgitation?
The figures in isolation do look good. They are almost identical to mine, an SCA survivor. However, I always remind myself, I'm on a range of medications and currently do a fair amount of cardiovascular exercise. Without knowing your wider picture, which hopefully your GP does, none of us are really in a position to comment.
there are many heart problems. Valve issues are one (or several depending on the valves). Blood pressure is another one which is not necessarily linked.
A good source of information on blood pressure is Blood Pressure, UK, the specialist charity.
