I had a heart attack twelve months ago and had a 4.5 cm stent fitted to LAD.
All test are clear but still get pain sometimes - consultant has told me that I have blockages in minor arteries that will cause angina pain but not serious.
Is anyone else in this position?
thanks

Sorry no one seems to have got back to you maybe your post has got missed you could post again and see if someone relates
I would take reassurance though as to what your consultant has said and I am sure there will be others in your position we are never the only ones even though as I said posts can get missed sometimes x
Hi I am in the same situation, my cardiologist told me I had multiply blockages in minor arteries, l also had stents fitted in lad , he told me my condition was termed as Diffused Heart Disease, during my stent fitting a young trainee cardiologist told me I had very serious heart disease, but on follow up few weeks later another cardiologist told me I know your healthy but get healthier and could get another 20 or 30 years , am 62.
