Depends whether it's for general fitness or health reasons. What exactly do you want to track, why and when? Sorry for the inquisition :)

I've got steps on my phone but don't have it in my pocket. So really for general fitness and heart. Thanks.

I have the Garmin vivosmart 5, cost £100 used on ebay, use it mainly for tracking heart rate, it's pretty good.

I have had several Garmin watches over the years. They work very well and with the app To armin connect track many things and give historical records of your Heart rate, sleep pattern, calories, steps and activities of whichbthevlust covers vertically every activity.I would not think of getting an other if I needed one. But there are others makes out there.
