Got swollen hands and feet. When my chest pains get to 9 . I blackout. I've getting chest pain last night and again now. The gtn spray work for half a hour then wears off. What should I do?

You need to contact 111 straight away and get their advice or get to A&E if you can't then phone an ambulance

If you use GTN but the pain comes back in half an hour use it again then ring 999. I had a similar thing, GTN might alleviate it, until I moved, then it came back. The above advice is what my cardiologist told me.

Went to gp about the swollen hands and feet .Got to have bloods done next week. Went to hospital they did nothing. They get care plan out and do nothing just throw me out of the hospital. Waiting for cardiology appointment still. I don't know what to do anymore. It make my mental health bad.
