Entresto and Creatinine levels

I am having bloodwork done every 2-3 months because after being on the middle dose for 1 month my creatinine level went from 1.1 to 1.4. So dosage was reduced to the smallest dose twice a day. After subsequent lab work creatinine level was within normal range, as was the next bloodwork. It was determined that I was dehydrated. Staying hydrated wasn’t stressed before but now is at the forefront. I say this because I’m wondering if Entresto has affected anyone’s kidneys in any way. Cheers!

Also will mention that I’m now taking a half of one middle dose pill in the morning and 1 whole middle dose pill at night with the plan to increase to middle dose twice a day and possibly to the higher dose. All the best!
