Further to my original post, thanks so much for all the super kind support from members.

Is there anyone here who has had moderate AR for years with little to no progression. I need to hear that this is a possibility….

Would certainly help me understand my condition a little more.

You could always give the BHF Nurses a ring and ask them they might be able to tell you x
