Hi If there was one that was safe and tested and approved by the appropriate authorities and shown to be effective we’d all be on it.

Maybe there is one but the question would be is it approved / tested / proven?

what is susieq - is that the supplement?

Garlic and Turmeric are known to be blood thinners.

Cayenne pepper is only one of a variety of well known natural blood thinners on the market to choose from. I myself bought cayenne pepper to use as a natural blood thinner as opposed to pharmaceutical ones. Unfortunately, I had no idea as too the amount of CP I would need to take in order to thin my blood to a desirable or reliable level. Too much could cause internal bleeding, too little may not have any effect at all. Question is: How does one work out correct amount of CP or any other natural blood thinner to do the job?
