I have had heart failure for 2 years. I live in North Yorkshire and run a HF support group where anyone with HF/AF can come and chat to fellow sufferers. We meet on the last Friday of each month from 2-4pm in the Harrogate Chocolate Factory Cafe. The local heart nurses know about my group as do all the local gyms. Do come, it's good to chat.

People have asked before on this site if there are any groups that meet in their area.Maybe you will spur them on to do something similar?Sounds like a really good idea.
