Heart rate about 50 resting

Walking 60 to 90

heart rate jumps about between 61 and 85

heart rate variability is between 169 and 300 ms

You said you were seeing the Doctor in the New Year so hopefully you got to see them and everything has settled down and you are feeling a lot better x
