sinus rythm with wide qrs

Has anyone had an ecg reading of sinus rythm with wide qrs followed an hour later by supraventicular ectopy? My Kardio 6 lead picked this up .

I have not, although I do suffer with a high amount of ectopics and heart palpitations a couple of times a year. Do you have a cardiologist? I would save the data and show it to your cardiologist or GP who should be able to book you in for a 12 lead ECG and a holter monitor if necessary.

my Kardia picked up wide QRS and is ready been feeling off that day and very lightheaded so I went to A&E. They looked at the reading and said that it didn’t look exactly like wide QRS but they checked me over anyway . Do Kardia works off algorithms that may not always be correct . You really need a human to interpret the results but I’d contact your cardio , mine allows me to email in the odd reading . I’m due a loop recorder imminently . These apps and watches aren’t always accurate x
