My echo shows LV preserved EF-55% and RV is impaired im in Asprin,Bisoprolol,Ramipril and 80mg Atorvastatin. Not sure what preserved and impaired entails,anyone ?

Preserved means kept in good condition or maintained - so your left ventricle is doing well. Impaired means its not functioning as well as it should so your right ventricle is not functioning at its best.
