Afib getting much more frequent

Hi peopleMy Afib is getting much more frequent ,and it also has me up peeing every few mins when I'm having an attack. I have been seeing a cardiologist since 2016 when I first had the episode. Unfortunately for me the one I saw was not great and he retired ,only to be replaced by another just as bad ...so zoom on 7 yrs and here I am struggling to get any help ,live in the republic of Ireland and TBH really cannot afford an ablation ,so I'm searching for any help to find a descent person to help me with this thing .I am on a beta blocker but it slows my heart rate down to 57 bpm.and that leaves me totally out of breath to do any physical chores, and this intern make me feel useless and down
