Hi I think most likely have to wait, I as told it would be a few weeks after but my cardiologist called me in meantime. Now I come to think about it I never requested a report i usually Like to get it for my records.

At your scan just ask then when you can exited results.

Good luck.

If it’s urgent, I believe they try to get back to you within the week. If not, many have found themselves waiting months. It would be wise to ask the radiologist. If you don’t hear back within 2 weeks, it might be worth calling the MRI department to chase the results.

All the best for the scan.

I think it depends on the urgency.

A doctor spoke to me shortly after the scan to let me know that I would have to pick up new meds from the hospital pharmacy.

And someone on the cardiology team phone me a few days later to discuss the results and treatment plan.

Good luck! 💕
