hi I had a quadruple by pass 8 1/2 years ago. L just lately been getting uncomfortable around the chest . My cardiologist has said he can hear problems with mitral valve. I have to have ECHOCARDIOGRAM when I get back from holidays . We go today. Should I be worried. Anyone else had this . He said to go on holiday we will deal with it when I get back . Regards Leila

I think you might be on Holiday as I reply and I hope you are having a nice time
I had a triple Bypass and I have a slight leaky valve this was 2 years ago it was not severe so they have just left it and said if it ever did get any worse they would look at it then
I would not be worried whatever the outcome you already know that you are in safe hands and I am sure they will resolve anything if needs be
