Hello :-)

I am sorry that things have got to much and you have had to retire especially as if you can work it does help to distract us from the Mental Health issues some of us can suffer with due to our conditions and sorry you are suffering

I had a triple Bypass 2 years ago and the Mental Health side and emotions still have not settled down

I do not work and sometimes I think maybe I have to much time to focus on it so if you have any hobbies or things like that try and do them as much as you can to distract you and if you don't have any hobbies maybe now is the time to take some up :-)

They are always looking for Volunteers Charity wise and the best thing with that you can pick and choose what you do and how often I am not sure if that would be something that would appeal to you

But if you are finding no matter what you are doing the emotions and anxiety are not settling down then speak to your Doctor they can refer you or even discuss medications if that is a route you would want to do down it is all up to you what you feel would help :-)

You are certainly not alone in how you feel and let us know how you get on :-) x
