Hi just had my Echo results back a letter from cardiology, It says EF by biplane 57%, Increased Left Ventricular wall thickness and mass in keeping with concentric LVH left outflow acceleration without obstruction, structural heart disease, secondary to hypertension

Glad you got your echo results back x I'm still waiting for mine. The EF sounds good, I didn't really understand the rest of it so hopefully someone will be along soon to help. What did your cardiologist say in the summary part of the letter, whats the next steps in your care? Was it routine or investing some symptoms. Sorry for all the questions 🙈.

Thanks for your reply, It says structural heart disease secondary hypertension , Cardiologist says they are sending copy of results on to my consultant I do have times of my blood pressure going up had 24 hour monitor on in may and mostly 180/90 few times 2nd number over 100 mostly when I check it home monitor it's 130/70 but do have bout's where it goes up I am on bendroflumethiazide and amlodipine for blood pressure,I had an echo to check a heart murmur out
