hi. Sorry to hear that you are feeling low, it’s a feeling that so many of us can relate too. What did your gp say about your swollen legs? Have they put you on water tablets? I was always told that swollen legs was a sign of fluid retention although I only had them after heart surgery. I do take water tablets every day as part of my heart failure treatment so maybe it’s an option for you. Feeling emotional is understandable when you are battling health problems so I would talk to your gp about what help is available. I take antidepressants and I’ve had talking therapies but each of us has to find what works best for them. I wish you luck and wanted you to know that you are not alone. Xx

Hello :-)

I am sorry you are feeling so low and emotional I think many of us can feel that way but as far as your legs swelling , aching and bloating I would make an appointment with your Doctor and let them check this out as any changes it is advisable that we do :-)

Let us know how you get on :-) x
