Hi all you highly fit young?? people. I used to be fit - hill walking; sailing; rock climbing, but now I am 78yrs and affected by wifi and radiation which has increased exponentially since covid came on the scene for all kinds of reasons, I have developed arrhythmia and atrial fibrillation (there before but not frequent) needing meds. My diastolic blood pressure was worryingly low - in the late 40's - and I felt terrible in the mornings - blurred vision, tiredness, headachy, no motivation, so I have been working with a medical herbalist and now my bp has normalised. Tried cutting down on the lowest amount (1.25 mg) of Bisoprolol and dispensing with it altogether as my arrhythmia seemed to have calmed down (which is what I understood it was prescribed for), but arrhythmia returned (plus atrial fib) and feeling terrible again. Have started on meds again, increasing slowly. Also take a blood thinner which suits me fine. But with the betablocker it feels like I may have these horrible mornings for the rest of my life!! Certainly don't want to exercise until the afternoons. As arrhythmia NOW seems totally night-time related and becoming postural (i.e. when I get up slowly to go to the bathroom) I am wondering about bed-blocks to help with the low BP at night. Anyone any experience with doing this - raising foot or head of bed? I do intend to ask the doc when I can get a slot! ANY OTHER COMMENTS APPRECIATED. THANKS.
