Hi Beatle45

I find that this happens with me every so often too. I think if you don’t login regularly, it keeps logging you out. I used to get logged out a lot. I’ve noticed it’s been a little less since I’ve been more active on here.

Hope someone can help!

In your iPad go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data. Then open Safari. Click on top bar of screen. If the search window (where you start typing the site you want to visit) has a black background you are in Private browsing mode. In this mode the iPad clears your details every time you close a Tab or stop browsing and that means you have to log in each visit. To change back to normal browsing go to top left of screen when using Safari, tap screen icon, side bar should appear. Beneath the word “Safari” first icon should be an iPad ‘X’ Tabs and the next one down a hand Private. These two icons toggle/swap between Private browsing and normal mode. You want to be in normal mode. You can tell this by the search window being white background rather than black.

That’s it, you’ll still have to login the first time you return but you shouldn’t have to do it repeatedly thereafter.

All the best

Normal browsing/Private browsing

I think that’s sorted it. Thank you so much.

I have the same problems, but when I try to log in it tells me my login is incorrect, and I’m on an iPhone. So now I just click on one of the emails sent to me and I’m in. I always make sure I keep an email in my box. It’s very strange.
