10weeks after stent after HA keep getting ache top left shoulder blade mainly when sitting up rite Cannot get comfortable ok when lie down flat. Cardiologist says not heart related. ?

Could it possibly be to do with angina? I have a form of angina which causes pain in both my shoulder blades and upper back. I’ve attached a BHF link below which provides more information on angina.
