i have had what was termed as two mild heart attacks no stents required, hace also had a couple of episodes of Afib I have a pill in pocket for that but a recent xray has show that the heart is enlarged should I be worried

It would probably depend on what the doctors believe the cause is and what symptoms you are experiencing. An enlarged heart isn't a condition itself, but a symptom of something else.
The enlargement can be temporary or permanent, and it can be treated with medication in most cases, although in other cases it may require surgery or a pacemaker etc.
You'll need to speak to your doctor about the cause and proposed treatment route.
