I do not have a pacemaker, but have two stents. I am currently trying to get life insurance, as I am leaving my current employer and it was part of my package. I currently have a company called Lifesearch working on getting me cover, in fact there has been back and forth with the underwriters as they have picked up I am due a colonoscopy, they do not seem worried about the CAD!
