reading ecg

hi all, was hoping for some help. I had an echo scan few days back that the person who did it thinks is ok. I also had to wear a 24hrs ecg. I’ve been having high heart rates 164bpm mostly daily and occasional low 41bmp in the 40s daily. Mostly high, I’ve noticed that my heartbeat will raise 40BPM when standing my usual heart rate is between 80-90bpm then when I stand can raise to 140bmp doing housework gets me out of breath and a normal walk will. I’m constantly fatigued and I wondering if it’s POTS?! Also my ecg doesn’t look normal from my Apple Watch but I’m definitely no expert. Does anyone else think this ecg looks ok?

Thank you
