Morning,

Can I ask I had my HA in March 2021 I last saw the consultant in Jan 2022 wasn’t really happy with him at the time I won’t go into it. I had a stent fitted I never had rehab because of covid but with the help of the BHF I did a plan for myself. I am really well I go for long walks, I go to the gym 3 days and I have just started water aerobics for two days.

My question is how do you know that everything is ok I know it’s a silly question but do you have to have Echocardiogram at some stage to make sure you are ok. I haven’t had any symptoms but sometimes I sit and think how would you know that everything is ok if you don’t get checked.
