Hello Norton. Do you split your dose? I take 10mg of Nicorandil twice a day and rarely get breathless.
I'm on 10mg twice a day but haven't noticed any breathlessness
It didn't make me breathless, but gave me recurring, extremely painful mouth ulcers, (which is one of the known side effects.)
