intermittent pulse felt in left back under shoulder blade since ablation 12 weeks ago

Hello

Can anyone tell me if they have felt an intermittent pulse beat on left side around and just underway left shoulder blade.

i had an ablation 12 weeks ago and wonder if this could be connected? Also would this have been picked up/noticed during the ablation itself. thank you for any advice.
