Hey Everyone

Wishing you all a very happy Easter or if you prefer Happy Sunday 😊

I've got 3 eggs so far (Mum, best friend and Godson although he is only one so I'm impressed with that.)

For breakfast I had 2 cream eggs and a bag of mini eggs 😋 don't worry I'm back on the healthy food for lunch grilled salmon and new potatoes for me.

Mum's back from her usual Sunday morning out I didn't feel up to going. But I'm up and dressed ready for food 😁

Happy Easter to you too. I went out this morning, like your mum, so l had eggs for lunch when l got back lol naughty but nice. Good to hear you are eating well it’s a sure way to recover your strength. A doctor at AE once told me to make sure l eat well and that nutrition is as important as medications. I always have done that and my mum was a good cook and would spend hours baking. Eating is one of the joys of living to me! 🥕🧅🍇🍎🍔🍳🍞🥮🧁🍰. Be happy x

When my Mum is stressed she cooks and she recently read up on heart healthy food, so we've currently got enough food to feed the 5,000

It just proves that you're human.

I've just eaten the last choc ice, had the other two yesterday. Do you think it will be ok to have a doughnut later? Had one very small, about 2 inches tall, Easter Egg at my voluntary job today.

It sounds like you're feeling lots better, long may that last.
