so from last I posted I was sleeping and worried about the upcoming appointment I had, well I have had them and some good new that I am stable and have been prescribed anti acids. So I am due to start taking them soon.

That's all good news Mdent, I'm glad you've had some reassurance and hopefully you'll feel better soon and manage to sleep a lot better. My wee Mum used to say that a good night's sleep was a great healer! Carol
