CRTD and pacing decrease

hi everyone, after a visit to my HF Nurse this week she informed me that my CRTD was now only pacing at 75% and was previously pacing at 89%. For it to remodel my heart and improve my ear5 Failure it needs to pace at 95%+ so I’m a tad worried. Think it’s my afib causing the prob, anyone else experienced this x

Dear Mollykin

Sorry you are so worried over the rate at which your Pacemaker is pacing.

I would contact your Rhythm Pacing team direct and they can explain it better to you than your Heart Nurse can, unless it was Her/Him that asked for the settings .

Take care and please keep us informed.

Hi Mollykin

Didn’t she say what they were going to do about it? Have you an appointment with the pacing clinic or cardiologist due? Maybe they need to tweak it? Im sorry I’m not much help but hope you get sorted. X
