ectopic beats

hi I’m 18 years old and I have always been in perfect health until around 2 years ago when I got covid for the first time, around 7-8 months after having covid i started experiencing rapid heart rate upon standing and suspect I have POTS but my beta blockers help massively in keeping my heart rate down so I’m not hugely bothered by it I’ve had heart checks and nothing bad has shown up apart from pvcs and pacs my question is and I’m hoping someone who goes through this and can help me sees this I don’t feel my ectopics are pots related as my first ectopic beat happened during high anxiety and happened very rarely, overtime the ectopics got a lot more frequent some days I have none other days I have multiple per minute I even get bigeminy and trigeminy on bad days. I have noticed certain triggers such as before my period they increase massively, during times of stress, dehydration, low blood sugar etc but what I can’t figure out is why I get them worse whilst standing and moving around I’ve noticed a HUGE increase whilst standing and walking around some days this doesn’t happen some days it does I’m currently having loads whilst resting but I’ve put that down to my period being due, anyway if anyone has or had this problem and knows how to help it please let me know as this is making me severely depressed and even making me have thoughts about ending it all because I don’t want to live like this as someone who used to be so active this has impacted me massively and doctors don’t listen to me nor do my family so idk what else to do I feel so alone and just want it to stop .
