Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy

I am 71 years of age with diagnosis of heart failure NYHA1, asymptomatic, but with LBBB PQRS of 162, ef of 41% and dense mideall fibrosis. I have been asked to attend for a CMRI, but I don't know why except my consultant reckoned my ef is in fact lower than 41%. I am wondering if I might be told I need a CRT pacemaker. If you have undergone this treatment can you please describe your symptoms pre implantation, treatment experience, and say if the pacemaker has improved your symptoms and quality of life.

Thank you.

Had a CRT-D implant early 2020 it’s made all the difference walking breathing no more chest pains, if your offered it I would take it. Mine also has a defibrillator which gives great peace of mind.
