If you think there is a problem with your pacemaker, especially if it is a recent fitting, you need to contact the dept. that fitted it. Otherwise, your GP.
Good morning. I should just get checked out by your doctor. A pacemaker is inserted in the top of your shoulder and shouldn't affect your throat. Although they are disturbing muscles that go down the arm and possibly to the throat. Hope everything is OK. Brian
