Has anyone had Gastrocardiac Syndrome also known as Roemheld syndrome?
I struggle when I exert myself like walking up steep hills or carry anything heavy, shortness of breath , upper abdominal pain etc.. No prior heart condition but pacemaker fitted 18 months ago.
All cardiac tests have proved negative. The only one they wont do because all of the negative results is a Stress test.
