Sorry I do not fully understand your question. However nicotine, regardless of how taken, will cause a rise in blood pressure and heart rate, and narrowing of the arteries that could lead to heart attack, stroke and PAD. Best avoided!
There's a hormone called EPO which does exactly that. It's an important medical treatment for people with low red blood cell counts but, for precisely this reason, it is banned in sport. Someone called Lance Armstrong had all his cycling records deleted because of it. Nicotine patches and inhalers are not banned in sport - so hopefully that answers your question. No.
Sorry if my answer wasn't clear. No, it will not increase your hemoglobin or blood cell count. I have also tried to explain why I am sure this is the right answer.
Worth adding that one of the worst things about smoking cigarettes is that carbon monoxide in the smoke poisons your red blood cells, so switching from smoking to vaping will remove that problem. However, if you don't smoke, vaping won't do you any good.
I have read some research (not peer reviewed to my knowledge) that.suggested vaping nicotine reduces haemoglobin by 15% - 25%! So the answer is no! If low levels are an issue you need to see your GP!
Perhaps maybe dont vape then. Vaping is a fairly new craze and people wont see the full damage extent until years down the line. If you never were a smoker then dont vape.
