hospital denying me surgery

hi, new here! I was diagnosed in July with moderate MR and MS, and moderate AR. I also have long covid. I’m very symptomatic, SOB on exertion, chest pain, fatigue, oedema. I’m 47 and up til then was working 13 hour shifts, both day and nights. Now I can’t even walk upstairs. One consultant told me I need urgent valve surgery, then a second said that the only solution would be surgery but I’m not sick enough yet to justify this. I’ve had all of the pre-op work up tests and examinations. I have no quality of life, and my mental health is suffering but the consultant just doesn’t listen to me or take any notice of this. I don’t know what to do. I can’t go back to work because of the symptoms, and I’m stuck indoors all the time. I understand this is major surgery but it will give me my life back. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks
