Bradycardia AFib

Does anyone suffer from Bradycardia AFib? What are the symptoms? I had a bout of Afib 12 years ago, where my heart rate was 130+. I have a 38 year history of PVCs/PACs and currently take 25 mg of metoprolol. My resting heart rate is normally 45-47. Recently, I have had short periods where my heart drops to 32 bpm. I am not dizzy, don’t get short of breath, no chest pains, just a weird sensation in my chest that my heart is flopping. I wore a halter monitor for two weeks, but the results aren’t back to my cardiologist yet. Any thoughts?
