All good, its accessible Michael. Hope walking practice is going well for you and not too sore/painful.
Sadly I only get one physio session per week so will not be doing any walking till tomorrow. The problem there is no exercise that really simulates putting your whole weight through a hip, and adjoining muscles and tendons, that have lost strength and mobility over 18 months!
