All good, its accessible Michael. Hope walking practice is going well for you and not too sore/painful.

Sadly I only get one physio session per week so will not be doing any walking till tomorrow. The problem there is no exercise that really simulates putting your whole weight through a hip, and adjoining muscles and tendons, that have lost strength and mobility over 18 months! :(

I cannot even begin to imagine how frustrating, painful & challenging this must be for you Michael. I can only send my very best wishes and say 'I take my hat off to you Sir' Your jokes, enthusiasm & parties help me & so many others, I so hope they help you too 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
