sueing the NHS

hi does anybody have any experience of taking legal action against the NHS?

i have been waiting to have 3 stents fitted since january,i have 2 blocked arteries and have had my procedure cancelled 3 times and im at high risk of having a heart attack.

after a chat yesterday my solicitor is very keen to take on my case on a no win no fee basis,they are awaiting my response to proceed!

im not looking for a lecture on covid effecting waiting lists just if anybody has any experience in the above!
