Hello and welcome to the forum!

Do you suffer from PAD yourself? I was first diagnosed with PAD in 2010 and had a LBKA (Left Below Knee Amputation) as a result in 2020. The manufacturers of the model you mention launched a version for the treatment of peripheral disease only six weeks ago as the treatment of PAD is technically rather different in many areas. I suspect it will be sometime before relevant approvals and NICE guidelines exist.

The Shockwave cathether is approved in USA for a long time, but not so used (compared to their cathether for CAD). Maybe it is less efficient or there is some other reason?
